Terms and Conditions for booking Kingsway Function Rooms
- A refundable security deposit of £200 cash is required at the
time of booking.
- Room Hire for Kingsway Function Rooms is £50.
- We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any damages from the security deposit.
- In the event of cancellation, £100 of the security deposit is non-refundable.
- The behaviour of all the guests is the responsibility of the person(s) entering into the
agreement with Kingsway Function Rooms.
- Any person acting in a disruptive
or inappropriate manner will be asked to leave the premises.
- Children
are the responsibility of their parent(s) or guardian(s) and must be supervised at all times.
- Children are not allowed in the bar / lounge area after 8pm.
- Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.
Any person found to be consuming
their own drinks, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, will be asked to leave immediately. - Opening hours are at the Manager’s discretion and subject to change at any time.
- In line with legislation, Kingsway Function Rooms has adopted the “Challenge 21 Policy”.
Everyone who attempts to buy alcohol but appears to be under 21 will be asked for ID.
- The payment of the deposit will be confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
